WATCHING THE BOYZ RACE
March 13, 2016

This is an ideal opportunity to take one of our 2016 project sleds out for a spin. It is finally starting and idling properly, at this point I have installed a new top end...
assurance that nothing round & aluminum that goes up and down rapidly (no not a beer can!) at many feet per second is in good condition!
SXT 700

This group is waiting for the staging signal.

There is good competition on the back straight away.

Again if you are watching the back straight has lots of passing.

Coming out of the # 4 turn headed to the stripe!

The lone Thunder Jet at this years event.

In the pits racers are closing up any little holes that may allow a stray of water into the clutch area.

This is a Polaris Star Fire.

This is a strong Yamaha entry.

A seldom seen Polaris Bullitt 440 TX-C model.

This group is pretty tight on the back stretch.

Out of the corner here they come.

Another large group of sleds waiting for the signal to stage.

With the white flag in hand, the signal is this is the final lap of the heat.

You couldn't get much closer than this.

Again the next group is staging.

This is the final of a 4 race series. The Saskatchewan Vintage Oval Racers Alliance website link is HERE.

SIGHTSEEING is one thing, but are you fit enough to participate  in a cross country snowmobile ride?

ONLY in SASKATCHEWAN!
